About me
If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or like you’re carrying more than you can handle right now—you’re not alone. A lot of the people I work with come to me feeling exhausted by anxiety, weighed down by past experiences, or unsure how to move forward in a way that actually feels better.
I’m a licensed mental health counselor with over seven years of experience helping individuals navigate stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, and major life transitions. I also have a strong background working with domestic violence, trauma, and first responders, and I understand how difficult it can be when you’re constantly operating in survival mode.
My approach is supportive, down-to-earth, and practical. I’m here to create a space where you feel comfortable being honest, but I’ll also gently challenge patterns that may be keeping you stuck. Together, we’ll work on building insight, strengthening coping skills, and helping you feel more in control of your thoughts, emotions, and decisions.
I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach to therapy. Everyone’s experiences and needs are different, so I tailor our work together in a way that actually fits your life and goals.
If you prefer messaging over live sessions, I work well with clients who like having consistent support throughout the week rather than just one scheduled conversation. My goal is to make therapy feel accessible, supportive, and genuinely helpful—not overwhelming.
Starting therapy can feel like a big step, but you don’t have to have everything figured out to begin. We can take it one step at a time.
