We managed to move really fast, addressed some of hypothesis for which I was not certain about until second pair of ears heard them. So got firm ground of where I am and what some of my next step are supposed to be. Which is basically what I was looking for, to clarify some of the unknowns, and find a path. I started therapy for the first time a few months ago with Amanda and it was a great experience. She is an amazing listener, she always made me feel at ease and helped me to find a lot of answers within myself. Before therapy I was feeling stuck and thought there was no way out of the painful situation where I found myself. Fast forward a few months, I made a lot of progress and I have more clarity on how to deal with my situation. I am finally starting to see the light at the end of the tunnel. I understood a lot about myself during our sessions and it was great to have her as my support.

Amanda has been incredibly helpful since we started our sessions a couple of months ago. Because of our sessions and the help she has given me, I am a completely different person than I was when I first reached out. I'm finally feeling like the person I wanted to become and am even taking a break from therapy.
However, if / when I feel like I need help working through something or if I'm ever in a position again that I feel like I can't go through alone, Amanda will no doubt be the person I reach out to. I've had sessions with other therapists in the past but no one I've connected to as well as Amanda. She's really so great.
