About me

Welcome!

I am Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) practicing in California. I received my Master of Social Work (MSW) from the University of Utah in 2013. I have over 9 years of experience providing therapy. I believe that therapeutic relationships are built when trust, safety, and respect are at the center. The frameworks that guide my practice are a combination of multi-systemic, cognitive-behavioral, solution-focused, trauma informed, and integrative motivational interviewing therapies. I also include breathing techniques, guided imagery, and strength-based approaches. I have specialized training using Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to treat simple and complex trauma. Together we will create an individualized plan that supports your unique path.

I view change as an ongoing process, and though external change may be difficult, internal change is always possible. I would be honored to walk with you on your journey; supporting you as you strengthen your self-determination and clarify your path forward.
