Hello! My name is Amanda and I am a lover of baking, knitting, nature hikes, podcasts, and all things cozy.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Wisconsin. My counseling style is warm and reflective as I listen and sit with my clients in whatever space they are in, judgment free. I am dedicated to creating a space where we can work together to process, learn, and collaborate on achieving your goals. I value a holistic approach to therapy and I draw from cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, psychoeducation and a client centered approach. I highly value your feedback as we navigate the therapeutic space together.

Amanda provides a safe and non judgmental place to work out my concerns. She is very present and I feel heard during our sessions. She’s made all the difference for me feeling like I have someone to talk to who is understanding and empathetic. Amanda is very receptive and understanding of what I talk about in sessions, and her takeaways on what topics we talk about are communicated very clearly. I love that she talks in a very casual way which makes me feel more comfortable opening up. After two sessions I already feel confident we have a good patient/counselor relationship.

Amanda has been amazing. She has helped me navigate this sad season in my life which such a gentle approach. I’ve really learned to give myself grace and that has been life changing.
