I am dually-credentialed to treat both mental health disorders and addictions. Trauma and childhood issues are common with my clientele, and I am Certified in the use of EMDR by EMDRIA.
I believe that each person needs to feel understood and heard without fear of judgement, but also help in identifying issues and learning how to cope in a healthy way. My focus areas are: Anxiety Disorders to include PTSD, Depression, Bipolar Disorder, Divorce, Co-parenting and Relationship Issues.
I utilize a variety of therapy modalities, including but not limited to: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, and Solution Focused Brief Therapy; tailoring my approach to each client's specific situation and needs.
