She's a great therapist. She's not super serious so I feel a lot more laid back talking with her about what's been going on.

Working with Amanda is great! She listens attentively and always provides thoughtful discussion and feedback. I like how she sends messages throughout the week to check in and also offer practical advice for things such as journaling.

Written on Jun 23, 2022 after therapy with Amanda for 5 months on issues concerning stress, anxiety, family conflicts, and coping with life changes

Amanda is a phenomenal therapist. She’s a great listener, helps challenge your thoughts and helps you recognize patterns in your thoughts, and she constantly shares resources that could be beneficial for you to look into (books, podcasts, courses, apps). I came to Amanda during a tough transition that was exacerbated by the pandemic, and with her support, I feel confident and prepared to live my life fully.

Written on Apr 25, 2021 after therapy with Amanda for 10 months on issues concerning stress, anxiety, and compassion fatigue

Amanda has been very helpful during a strange moment in my life. I have very little experience in therapy and I was nervous about the whole thing. I'm glad I wound up with Amanda. She is insightful, empathetic, and pleasant to process things with. Highly recommended.

Among her great qualities, I most appreciate that Amanda is a great listener and very relatable. This makes her easy to talk to which facilitates healing and progress.

Written on Sep 30, 2020 after therapy with Amanda for 1 month on issues concerning stress, anxiety, relationship issues, intimacy-related issues, and coping with life changes

I appreciate Amanda taking the time to educate herself on new techniques and therapies, as well as finding new techniques to send me based on what I express a current need for, week-by-week. I think a sign of a good counselor is someone who keeps learning and stays up-to-date with what their clients are interested in.
