I joined Better Help about 8 months ago and Amanda was my second match for a therapist and I’m really grateful that she was. Her approach isn’t quote on quote normal, which I like. What I mean by that is during our sessions I feel more as if I am having a conversation with someone safe, someone I can trust but I know who won’t judge me. This approach helped me realize any current issues or past trauma that I was working through myself instead of her just telling me. She provided great guidance and reassurance during our sessions.
