Amanda is very understanding and tries to see challenges from different angles and remembers well themes from my past to combine it into current suggestions. Our weekly sessions in combination with the journal entries I am sharing with her between sessions are a great way to figure my journey out, and gives Amanda the best possibility to combine multiple events throughout the week to a very constructive therapy session.

Amanda is absolutely excellent. She worked with me on some specific issues and understood straight away what the problems were and what I needed from her in terms of addressing them. She was caring and supportive whilst also gently challenging me in a supportive way to work on and develop in the way I needed. Amanda worked in the way I wanted and that was best for me which was to have goals and small amounts of work to do each week. She also gave me space to sometimes just off load and examine that if that’s what I needed in that session. Amanda is clearly very experienced, knowledgeable and compassionate and would use the right approach for the individual client.
I feel completely different in a really positive way since starting therapy with Amanda and would definitely come back to her if I needed to. Thank you Amanda!

Amanda is a really gifted therapist. She is funny, down to earth, respectful and empathic.
