About me

I am licensed in the UK with 4 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, trauma and abuse, eating disorders, & depression and I work a lot with patients with ADHD and Autism. 3 easy ways to help relieve stress 1) break jobs up into manageable tasks and ensure before you start the next task do some breathing exercises or stretch for 5 minutes - 2) take breaks at regular intervals 3) go for a walk at the end of the day and don’t work after 7’pm - increasing awareness can help you focus - I am here to help those who are neurodivergent
I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. I have a multitude of effective methods of therapies which have helped produce some great outcomes for the clients with whom I have worked hard with in the past to improve their own mental health. Taking the first step to seeking a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage. Healing takes courage and we all have courage, even if we have to dig a little deeper to find it. I am here to support you in that process and help you find your joy.

Amanda has been great for me. We had a connection from the first session, and some of her techniques are already paying off.

I am only few sessions in with Amanda, but i truly enjoy them even if we talk about more complicated and uncomfortable topics for me, because she creates such safe space for all emotions and experiences, and for the first time i feel safe to truly open up to a therapist.
I appreciate her approach and life knowledge not only textbook one, i feel heard and supported, and always more in peace after the session.
