About me

I am licensed in the UK with 4 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, trauma and abuse, eating disorders, & depression and I work a lot with patients with ADHD and Autism. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. I have a multitude of effective methods of therapies which have helped produce some great outcomes for the clients with whom I have worked hard with in the past to improve their own mental health. Taking the first step to seeking a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage. Healing takes courage and we all have courage, even if we have to dig a little deeper to find it. I am here to support you in that process and help you find your joy.

Very nice therapist, I'm not with her long, just the second session I've had with her, but so far she's going out of her way for me. She's one of the most hard working dedicated therapists iv had and I've been in the mental health services since I was 12,now 33 so I've had quite a few experiences with different ones. I'd highly recommend her.

She made me feel incredibly comfortable from the get so and at ease, she listened to me and never made me feel what I was saying what wrong or unusual. She also explained a lot of great knowledge of ADHD which I struggle with. I look forward to working with her.

Amanda is a very good listener and gives great advice in the form of little things that might help the situation and the results speak for themselves. I think she reads people well and tunes into their situation and issues very quickly. Most of all she really understands ADHD and Autism, so for me with a household filled with ADHDers, she’s perfect. Highly recommended.
