About me

I am licensed in the UK with 4 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, trauma and abuse, eating disorders, & depression and I work a lot with patients with ADHD and Autism. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. I have a multitude of effective methods of therapies which have helped produce some great outcomes for the clients with whom I have worked hard with in the past to improve their own mental health. Taking the first step to seeking a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage. Healing takes courage and we all have courage, even if we have to dig a little deeper to find it. I am here to support you in that process and help you find your joy.

Reviews

These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Amanda Webster. We don't pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with BetterHelp might be different.

Amanda is a very good listener and gives great advice in the form of little things that might help the situation and the results speak for themselves. I think she reads people well and tunes into their situation and issues very quickly. Most of all she really understands ADHD and Autism, so for me with a household filled with ADHDers, she’s perfect. Highly recommended.

Amanda has been absolutely amazing, I have had 3 months of her support and I feel so better for it. I am thankful knowing I can go off and do this alone but she will be there if I ever need to come back for support in the future. Thank you for everything Amanda, you’ve changed my life!
