About me

I am licensed in the UK with 4 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, trauma and abuse, eating disorders, & depression and I work a lot with patients with ADHD and Autism. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. I have a multitude of effective methods of therapies which have helped produce some great outcomes for the clients with whom I have worked hard with in the past to improve their own mental health. Taking the first step to seeking a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage. Healing takes courage and we all have courage, even if we have to dig a little deeper to find it. I am here to support you in that process and help you find your joy.

I've tried a few therapists in the past, and Amanda is genuinely one of the best. I felt heard, she got to the root of my main concern and helped me think about things in a different way. She goes above and beyond for her clients.

I had an instant connection with Amanda from our first session together. I have worked with many therapists in the past and have never encountered one with such a wide range of expertise! She really knows her stuff and is an absolute joy to work with. She really understands me and my needs/issues. I struggle with ADHD and have, for the first time, been able to experience therapy which works for my brain. This is my first therapy experience where I truly believe that therapy will work for me and resolve a lot of the issues I have experienced for the majority of my life. I could not recommend and more kind, intelligent, qualified person to work with. I feel like I’ve hit the jackpot with this therapist!

Very nice therapist, I'm not with her long, just the second session I've had with her, but so far she's going out of her way for me. She's one of the most hard working dedicated therapists iv had and I've been in the mental health services since I was 12,now 33 so I've had quite a few experiences with different ones. I'd highly recommend her.
