Amanda Miller, LMHC
About me
I welcome anyone at any stage of considering therapy—whether they want to build skills or process life experiences. With over 16 years of experience, I work with individuals of all ages and walks of life, including those with extensive histories of trauma and substance use. I help my clients move forward by meeting them with compassion, honesty, and integrity as we work through their challenges together.
I work with individuals navigating trauma, substance use, grief and loss, cancer-related challenges, as well as depression and anxiety. I have extensive training in trauma-informed care and provide a space that is open, safe, and welcoming. I approach my work with kindness, while also being honest and genuine.
In a fast-paced world, we often put others first and lose ourselves. Taking time for you matters—this can be that space. Whether working through negative thoughts, difficult experiences, or identity exploration, I offer a supportive, judgment-free place to be seen and heard.
