About me

I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor and have been practicing since 2017. I completed my master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health at John Carroll University and my undergraduate degree in Psychology at Taylor University.

I have worked in a variety of settings including inpatient care and intensive outpatient treatment, outpatient groups as well as private practice.

I am certified in DBT as well as the Gottman Method, I am also trained in CBT, Mindfulness and Solution Focused Therapy. My work is primarily focused in depression, anxiety, relationships, grief, mood disorders and substance abuse. I'm open to working with individuals aged 14+ and couples.
