I have done therpay for most of my life and am used to not feeling the effects of it until the 3-4th session. Even after my first session with Amanda, I walked away with tools and a sense of feeling better. She understood that when I came to her, I needed help and support right then and there, and was commited to ensuring I felt a sense of hope by the end of our session. Her empathy and commitment to that translates well in her approach to giving tools, perspective, and as much wisdom as possible to leave her patients feeling immediately better. In all my years of therapy, Amanda truly stands out!

I'm so grateful I found Amanda a year ago while I was going through a particularly challenging phase in my life.
With a lot of kindness, patience, and expertise, she made it incredibly easy for me to feel comfortable opening up. Together we filled my toolbox with everything I needed to overcome all those unhealthy thoughts and behavioral patterns I wanted and NEEDED to let go of in order to lead the life I'm living today.
I'd recommend counseling with her anytime and will truly miss our weekly sessions.
