I'm so grateful I found Amanda a year ago while I was going through a particularly challenging phase in my life.
With a lot of kindness, patience, and expertise, she made it incredibly easy for me to feel comfortable opening up. Together we filled my toolbox with everything I needed to overcome all those unhealthy thoughts and behavioral patterns I wanted and NEEDED to let go of in order to lead the life I'm living today.
I'd recommend counseling with her anytime and will truly miss our weekly sessions.

Amanda helped change my life. I was in a depressive rut and didn’t have the tools to help myself out. With guidance and support from Amanda I was able to fill up my “tool box” and get to a place of mental health that is beyond what I expected or was even hoping for. I am forever grateful.
