Amanda is an excellent therapist! She is highly specialized and her expertise shows. I personally find have found the most success with cognitive-behavioral therapy to help me understand some of the ways my depression has warped my perception of the world and myself, and she has done an excellent job at coaching me through some of my cognitive fallacies through CBT. She is also generally very kind and empathetic, and I feel safe talking to her. I know I can tell her the truth and that she will challenge some of my thoughts in a friendly way that doesn't feel demeaning.
