Amber Bowling, LCSW
About me
I am a Psychobehavioral Therapist with over 6 years of experience providing compassionate, trauma-informed, and client-centered care to children, adolescents, adults, and families. I believe therapy is a collaborative journey where you do not have to navigate life’s challenges alone.
My goal is to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, valued, and empowered to make meaningful changes. I approach therapy by meeting each client where they are and honoring their unique experiences, strengths, and goals. I believe every person has a story that deserves understanding and compassion.
I have experience working with individuals navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, mood disorders, ADHD, self-esteem and self-image concerns, body dysphoria, sexual abuse recovery, schizophrenia, life transitions, relationship challenges, and emotional regulation difficulties.
I am passionate about helping clients discover their inner strengths, navigate life’s challenges, and create meaningful change. Whether you are healing from past experiences, working through difficult emotions, adjusting to life transitions, or seeking a deeper understanding of yourself, I am honored to provide support and guidance as you move toward growth.
