Amber is very insightful. I would recommend her because she is a therapist that is relatable for me. Her candor helps to get to the deep things and make it a safe space. She is patient, kind, funny, and very knowledgeable on many aspects of therapy.

If you’re looking for a therapist who can cut through all the crap and help you identify and deal with the problems you face, then Amber is the therapist for you. Amber is well versed in the concepts and lingo of modern psychology, and is quite effective at presenting it in terms and practices that are easily understood by the average person.
Amber is everything you want in a therapist; understanding, challenging, honest, helpful, candid, insightful and funny.

This was my first time in therapy and I was really nervous to begin. The first therapist that I got matched with was not my cup of tea and when I got Amber my whole experience changed!
She made me feel so comfortable telling her everything that was bothering me and toward the end I couldn’t stop talking. She let me explain my feelings while giving me tools to process them. And I never felt judged, I felt like she really validated what I was feeling and empathized.
And when it came down to deciding on the solution to my problem, she realized I was leaning more one way she changed gears and started letting me go about deciding. And then when it came to the decision I ended up choosing the opposite of what we both thought but it’s because I realized what I really wanted. And I owe that all to her! I feel such a relief that I was able to discuss what was bothering me and come to a rational conclusion that wasn’t influenced by anyone and I was able to decide for myself. It felt great, and I can’t wait to keep on going this way! Thank you Amber!
