About me

I am a licensed professional counselor in Texas with over 10 years of professional work experience. I have worked with a variety of clients including those with LGBTQ+ related issues, coping with grief, coping with loss, parenting issues, stages of life changes, and mindfulness practices to improve self esteem. I also have experience working with depression. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. I don't tell clients how to solve their problems, I listen and ask questions that I hope help clarify what my client is thinking and why. Taking the first step to sign up for therapy can take courage and I am proud of you for getting started!
