I have been licensed for over 15 years in Colorado with diverse therapeutic work experience. For example, helping clients with addictions, relationship issues, trauma, abuse, & intimacy related issues.
I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs. Some of the therapies I use are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, EMDR, Motivational Interviewing and Acceptance therapy.
It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life. Taking the first steps towards change can feel difficult, confusing and isolating. Recognizing how much support can assist, I am here to support & empower you in that journey.

Amelia is a great therapist. She is a great listener, she is funny, kind, and wise. I have been seeing her for about 9 months and i feel we have made great progress.

Please note that the first two are our second two questions or answered in era as I was attempting to move the screen and I accidentally hit. I believe the second to last options which would not be a good review. That was an error, all starts and strongly agree she is a great therapist for me.
