I have never been to a therapy before in my life and didn’t know what to expect from a therapist. Amy was amazing. She listened, didn’t judge me, provided very helpful suggestions on how to reduce my anxiety. She really understood what I was going through and didn’t dismiss any of my feelings and emotions. She followed up with me, guided me, and gave me very helpful exercises to reduce my stress due to traumatic experience I had. I am very grateful to her.
