About me

If you’re navigating mental health concerns, you don’t have to work through them alone. For the past 10 years, I’ve supported individuals as they work toward greater well-being and meaningful change. I hold a master’s degree from the University of South Carolina and am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in Ohio. I’m also a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor and registered yoga teacher, bringing an integrated perspective to my work with clients.
