I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Massachusetts with over 15 years of professional work experience. My experience comes from providing mental health and behavioral counseling for individuals with a variety of presenting issues including stress, anxiety and depression, relationship issues, parenting challenges, coping with grief and loss, life changes, motivation, self-esteem, and confidence.
I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you.
