I feel very comfortable expressing myself. I feel like she compels me to be honest with her and myself. Just have a lot of issues on my plate and we haven't had time to explore them all.

Amy is a great listener and is always asking the right questions in order to get the best out of each session. She is always encouraging and reassuring along the way. Probably the best therapist I've had.

Amy is a great listener. She encourages me every session to take more time for myself, being a busy stay at home mom. She gives me practical solutions and homework to work on in between sessions. I really enjoy my time with Amy.
