About me
Hello, I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Idaho and Oregon and am passionate in developing a therapeutic relationship based on trust, reliability and, feeling safe. I specialize in helping individuals, families, and couples impacted by trauma, mental illness, and general life stressors. I find it helpful to work together with you in a non-judgmental manner at your own pace however their maybe times I use professional judgement to help you trudge through the process. I also enjoy assisting individuals working through normal life challenges and stress which may have led to depression, anxiety, adjustment issues, addictions, relationship trouble, and/or self-esteem issues. I work with individuals of all age, gender, race and sexual orientation. Taking this first step takes courage and I look forward to guiding you through your journey in a safe and warm environment.
