Hi there!
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Illinois with nearly 20 years of experience working as a individual and family counselor. I also have helped many people who have experienced physical trauma or emotional abuse.

My counseling style is warm and interactive. I am passionate about my work and I work with clients without judgment or biases. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, client-centered, psychodynamic, and empathic counseling techniques. I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs. My goal is to work together to identify and work towards specific treatment goals and objectives in order to help you become more empowered no matter your current situation.

Any is really great, over two years as my therapist, she helped me get through some of my hardest moments and process my emotions. She kept me accountable.

Couldn’t recommend any enough!
