About me

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Colorado supporting individuals, couples and families for over 20 years. I have worked with clients with a wide range of issues including anxiety, depression, self-esteem as well as relationship and intimacy challenges. I have also supported people with trauma and abuse and I am trained in EMDR.
My counseling style is warm and interactive while direct and supportive. My approach combines Emotionally Focused Therapy with Systemic and Solution-Focused modalities. I will listen and tailor your counseling needs as we see fit.
