About me
I am a licensed therapist in Wisconsin with 4 years of experience working with adults. I have a genuine interest in my client’s and their unique experiences. I work alongside each client to help them make their own decisions, develop strategies, and identify unique strengths that will help them endure, overcome, and live life more fully. I have worked with a wide range of concerns including, ADHD, anxiety disorders, mood disorders, stress management, social skills, attachment, grief, self-esteem, and trauma.
My approach to therapy is creative and collaborative The approach(es) that I utilize are based on my client’s needs. I recognize that individuals are experts of their one lives. With deep and empathic listening, I strive to understand their perspective to develop a relationship that is open, respectful, and purposeful. A relationship that leads to positive change.
