Choosing counseling can be a monumental step in life's journey. I consider it a privilege to come along side you as you are seeking insight, growth and change. I enjoy working with women and couples via online therapy. I find that online therapy is effective and much more easily accessible to many clients. The pace is slower, but consistent and that is helpful in many ways. My approach to counseling involves consideration of you as a whole person, your mind, your body and your spirit. I utilize several counseling theories - Cognitive Behavioral, Solution-Focused, and Emotion-Focused and others as needed. Mostly though, I focus on meeting you where you are and without judgment so that you experience the support and growth you desire.

Working with Amy has been one of the best decisions I have ever made for myself. With her I don’t feel like another client, I feel seen and known and heard. She has pushed me to be better and challenged me to explore myself and my motivations more fully. She has helped me improve myself and my relationships with others.
Amy has been terrific, but unfortunately I just don’t have the time (or am not willing to dedicate the time) to counseling right now, so I’m quitting BetterHelp for the time being. But Amy has been incredible and extremely caring about everything I’m going through. I definitely feel like my anxiety has improved since meeting with her over the last 3 months!
Amy has been great. She is easy to talk to and shows lots of compassion for my frustrations. She is relatable and very helpful in finding ways to provide tools that I can use to help myself. I will definitely use her in the future as well.
Amy is super awesome! She’s helped me a lot! I would recommend her to anyone!
Amy is so sweet and helpful. Her knowledge of relationships has really helped me over the last few weeks. She’s always there when I need her and I’m grateful for her advice so far.
Amy has been great so far! I am still new to all of this but she is very understanding and if I shut down or life gets busy she is great about reaching out and checking in. I highly recommend her and appreciate her more than she knows!
I feel like we've just begun, but it's been really great talking with Amy, it's been helpful having a professional perspective on things in my life I struggle with. She's a great sounding board and I can tell she knows what my concerns are, which is helpful since I'm a first timer on therapy. Thank you for the sessions!
