I believe one of the bravest things you can do is begin to understand your own story. It’s not only okay to invest in yourself, it is necessary. I have worked with many individuals who are experiencing symptoms of depression, anxiety, mood instability, and psychosis. In sessions, I am able to remain calm while listening to difficult life experiences. I want to help you find meaning and purpose in all areas of life.
I want you to feel safe, accepted, respected, and comfortable after sessions. I want you to leave feeling like you are more equipped than before to navigate your emotions, thoughts, and behaviors.
