About me

My therapy is based on a solution focused brief therapy model that assists in identifying unique strengths then utilizing these resources to support recovery and growth. I am a Connecticut Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and a North Carolina Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor with over 20 years working in the counseling and therapy field. My background includes a Masters Degree in Education and Counseling with extensive experiences with children, adolescents, adults and families. I am also experienced in identifying and treating substance abuse issues.
