I am a licensed therapist with fifteen years of experience working with individuals, couples, and families, from those going through significant life changes to those healing from traumatic experiences. I graduated from UW-Milwaukee in 2011 with a Master's in Educational Psychology, and from UW-Madison in 2018 with an additional specialty in family and relationship counseling.

The first few times we meet, the focus will be on your life history and how you have been impacted by what has happened to you. We will work together to figure out how you can get to where you’d like to be.

I’m happy to answer any questions you might have about my approach, or the counseling process in general! Send me a message :)

Amy has been a safe place for conversations related to my current relationship as well as the trauma from my childhood. She allows me to openly discuss what is on my mind while at the same time, asking questions that help me reflect on the causes of my current issues and trauma. She has been a huge help in guiding me toward rehabilitation and growth.
