Amy is by far the best counselor I have ever worked with in 15+ years.
She is beyond helpful. She is kind, involved, and caring for wellbeing.

Amy truly listens and helps me process my feelings in a way that makes me feel 100% supported and capable of managing my issues. She has a gentle, nurturing approach in our sessions. Combining that with her many years of knowledge and experience, I couldn't be more grateful to have found her.

Amy has helped me get through a rough patch that I had been struggling with for months. And when things came to head with someone I didn’t know where to turn. Within a month of talking to Amy I was confident in my boundary setting & she continued to help me work on it. She has taught me so much and I’m not sure how I would have overcome obstacles and getting out of a “stuck” place without her. I would highly recommend Amy! She’s responsive, caring and helps put things into perspective in so many ways.

I didn't know what to say or who to talk to, but she was able to give me words. The hardest part is starting, and she helped me start.

Amy has a sweet and understanding personality and listens to you and has great feedback on the current issues I’m dealing with. I feel comfortable opening up and expressing my emotions with things that are very difficult to talk about. Highly recommend!
