About me

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who works with individuals and families navigating some of life’s most challenging seasons. Many of the people I support are parents and caregivers of children with intellectual, emotional, or behavioral challenges, as well as adults who are feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or exhausted by ongoing stress, family conflict, or life transitions.

I believe therapy should feel like a safe, collaborative space — one where you are met with respect, compassion, and understanding, not judgment. My approach is practical and supportive, drawing from evidence-based methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy while also recognizing that every person and family is unique. Together, we’ll identify your goals and develop strategies that feel realistic, meaningful, and tailored to your specific needs.

Whether you’re feeling burned out, struggling with parenting challenges, processing trauma, or simply wanting to feel more grounded and fulfilled, I’m here to support you as you work toward greater clarity, balance, and well-being.
