The ultimate professional goal of my work with my clients is to facilitate positive growth and healthy adjustment to all of life’s challenges. I primarily use techniques and skills associated with person-centered therapy; the theory supporting these methods aligns strongly with my beliefs about people. I believe that all people are deserving of true respect, and are worthy of acceptance without judgment.
