Amy Williams is not only caring but a professional with a lot of experience. Her insights have really helped me move forward. She is also available when scheduling which is also important. The option of sessions online or phone makes it convenient, practical, and helpful to stay connected and receive the support needed when you have a busy lifestyle.

Amy is an amazing therapist. She is honest and direct, yet knows how to speak with kindness, compassion, and empathy. She helps me set goals and gives feedback in a way I can not only hear it but use it to be a better version of myself. I'm very thankful she's my therapist.

This was my first time going to therapy, and I’m so grateful to have been matched with Amy. I didn’t expect to feel so comfortable speaking so freely to someone, but she creates a space where I can be myself. I can’t describe how helpful she has been to me in such a short period of time. Highly recommend!
