Dr Wytiaz has been great. I was looking for someone who I could both confide in, as well as help me evaluate my circumstances, and she has been a tremendous help for both. She specifically is the reason I am continuing therapy. I would highly recommend her.

Dr. Wytiaz creates a safe, compassionate space where I felt truly heard and understood.
She is attentive and available when I needed guidance, making me feel cared for and supported throughout my journey. Her insights helped me gain a new perspective on my relationships and the challenges I was facing. She also provided practical, effective skills for stress management. She is incredibly thoughtful and it is apparent that she prepares for our sessions in advance and remembers who I am and what we have previously talked out. I am deeply grateful for her support, expertise and empathy.

Dr. W has been patient and caring when appropriate, but will also challenge me when she senses that I’m hiding something or not being 100% truthful.

Dr. Amy Wytiaz has created a really safe space for me to feel comfortable sharing things with her that bring me deep shame. Her active listening and therapy techniques she brings to the table have helped me begin untangling a series of issues I’ve been carrying with me for a long time. I feel incredibly grateful to have her on my side while I navigate this phase in my life.
