About Me
I am an bilingual (English/Spanish) therapist with a License in Marriage and Family Therapy. I received my Masters of Science in Counseling Psychology from Mount Saint Mary’s University in Los Angeles, CA. I’ve been trained in a variety of therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitisation Reprocessing (EMDR), Solution Focused Therapy, Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT) and overall take a person-centered approach based on my clients goals. I’ve spent the past six years working in community mental health with individuals, families and children who struggle with anxiety, depression, ADHD, emotional expression/regulation and most common, communication. With my compassionate and proactive therapy style, I work collaboratively on a treatment plan that focuses on enhancing the areas of my clients life they wish to work on to obtain desired outcome. In my free time, I enjoy hiking, working out, yoga, family quality time and a wide range of cultural foods. Our food and culture speak to who we are.

Reviews
These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Ana Sigala Quezada. We don’t pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with BetterHelp might be different.
Ana and I have been working on managing my adult ADHD, amongst other things. She's been wonderful to work with and very very easy to talk to. She takes time to ask insightful questions and really takes care to make sure that we're heading in the direction I want to go in a way that works for me. I would definitely recommend her!
