She's amazing

Ana is a kind and compassionate therapist. She really takes the time to understand you as a person and the situation. I appreciate that she adapts her style based on my feedback.

More than generally being a good listener, she’s knowledgeable and offers great insights that help reframe thoughts into actionable goals.

Ana is also very responsive and communicates regularly so I never feel like I’m left alone in between sessions.

The best part, Ana makes therapy enjoyable even though it requires a lot of work.

Working with Ana has genuinely improved every part of my life. She has helped me slow down, be more present with my wife & daughter, and set healthier boundaries without feeling guilty. Her guidance around managing anxiety, understanding my triggers with drinking, and building new routines has been especially meaningful. She always gives practical tools I can use immediately, whether it is navigating stress at work or communicating better at home. I am grateful for the support she has provided and the positive impact it has had on my well-being.
