About me

I am an integrated psychotherapeutic counsellor and use a variety of models depending on the issues you might bring to therapy. This includes Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy (REBT) - (a similar form of CBT using rational thoughts to look at thinking), Mindfulness, Psychodynamic Approaches, Person Centred Approach and the Gestalt Approach. My approaches vary depending on your needs. My counselling style is conversational and informative. My aim as a Psychotherapeutic counsellor is to provide you with a confidential opportunity to explore personal issues in safety. My role is to help you through this process without judgement nor telling you what to do.
I have a strong track record of achieving positive, progressive outcomes. I have empathetic listening skills that result in trusted counselling relationships.
I counsel individuals who are experiencing or have experienced anxiety, depression and stress as well as those who may be going through difficult life events such as adjustments to illness, changes in schooling, divorce and grief, bullying, self-harm, anger management and any other circumstances one may be struggling through.
I would like to congratulate you for taking the first step towards unlocking your full potential. Congratulation for stepping on the right direction.

I look forwards to working side by side with you!

I think Anaisa will make you feel safe and listened. She has helped me pull all my chaotic and wild thoughts together and put it in a direct and effective way to understand…

I was in a very hard moment in my life overwhelmed by complicated situations that were happening at the same time and Anaisa helped me incredibly by teaching me tools to cope with them. I had been to 3 therapists before starting with Betterhelp and none had been able to help me the way Anaisa did, I felt very comfortable talking about everything that was tormenting me, from my queer perspective I felt very open to talk about my problems in romantic relationships. It also helped me a lot to learn about boundaries which helped me to improve my relationships with my family and friends.
