Anastasia Taylor, LCSW
About me
Hi! I'm Stas (short for Anastasia, pronounced as if it rhymes: "Stas the Boss"). I am a Texas Licensed Clinical Social Worker Supervisor (LCSW-S #52586) with extensive experience supporting individuals, couples, and families navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, identity exploration, relationship challenges, and professional burnout. My approach is collaborative, trauma-informed, and grounded in both clinical expertise and real-world application.
I believe therapy works best when clients feel respected, understood, and empowered. I integrate evidence-based practices with mindfulness-informed and relational approaches, helping clients build insight and develop practical tools they can use in daily life. My work is especially well-suited for individuals who are reflective, motivated, and seeking depth and clarity in their therapeutic process.
I value authenticity, emotional safety, and pacing that honors each client’s unique story. Therapy is not about fixing what is “wrong,” but about strengthening what is already present and creating space for meaningful, sustainable change.
