Our time together during sessions will be a safe and non-judgmental space for you to share and process different life events, improve relationships and learn ways to better control emotions. I can empower you to communicate in a healthy manner and express yourself appropriately to obtain what you need from your partner and/or others in your life.
Your current belief systems will be explored and how they may contribute to current behaviors, thoughts and emotions. We can discuss goals you would like to work on and designate a plan to work towards achieving them.
