Andrew Carvey has been very helpful in helping me guide through my life struggles and work on better ways to help my daily experience in self care/love. He was very understanding and supportive and helped me to put my worries into perspective. The techniques he suggested really helped me to work through my problems and find solutions. And he was always willing to use the message in the therapy chat function in between sessions for extra support. I never thought someone could help me understand myself and help me learn new skills to provide myself with the tools I need to be the best version of me.
