About me

Hi - my name is Andi Cull and I am a qualified therapist specializing primarily in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) while incorporating other effective methods into my practice. With over 8 years of experience, I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to my work.

While I have specific areas of specialty, I firmly believe that CBT can address a wide range of problems, making it a versatile approach in therapy. Clients have consistently responded positively to my unique therapeutic style, which aims to create a comfortable and supportive environment for their growth and well-being.

Understanding the diverse needs of my clients, I strive to offer flexible scheduling options. As a result, I am able to accommodate late night sessions and weekends as necessary. I firmly believe that therapy is not a luxury but a necessity, and I am committed to providing accessible services to those in need.

Operating from the convenience of my home-based practice, I utilize remote services such as video links and phone consultations to connect with clients. This approach offers great flexibility in terms of scheduling, allowing me to find mutually suitable times for our sessions. Should you discover that my listed time slots do not align with your availability, please inform me, and we can work together to find a suitable arrangement.

I am passionate about supporting individuals on their journey towards improved mental health and overall well-being. By leveraging the power of CBT and other effective therapeutic techniques, I am dedicated to helping clients achieve their goals and lead fulfilling lives.

Should you have any inquiries or wish to schedule an appointment, please do not hesitate to reach out. I am here to assist you.

Thank you for considering my services, and I look forward to the possibility of working together.

These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Andrew Cull. We don't pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with BetterHelp might be different.

Andi is someone who listens to your concerns, thoughts and ideas and then can help piece things together to have an outside perspective. I'm still new to therapy and this experience but he helps me want to come back the following week and really continue working on things

There are no words I have for Andi. From the start he has made me feel so comfortable in a non judgmental environment.
He supports, gives constructive advice and really makes you look at yourself to see where or how the root is causing your questions from.
I cannot recommend Andi enough. He is amazing, you will never look back… and hey. THANK YOU so much Andi. I hope this review can repay you in some way you have me.

Andrew is an amazing therapist. From the moment we first engaged, I felt extremely comfortable in his presence. He has a style that makes you feel relaxed while also holding space for you to work through whatever it is you're there to talk about. He's prompt at following up between sessions that we have and what I like most is that he keeps me accountable. It's only been a few sessions with Andrew and I'm already feeling a world of difference. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

Really helpful. Funny and not too serious which is great for a first timer to therapy. Makes it easy to open up.
