About me

Are you ready to feel more empowered, more resilient, and more like yourself? I'm Andi Cull, a highly experienced therapist with over eight years of expertise, and I'm passionate about helping people like you navigate life's challenges and discover their full potential.

I specialize in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), a proven and effective approach that can help you address a wide range of concerns, from anxiety and stress to low self-esteem and relationship difficulties. Andi is someone who listens to your concerns, thoughts and ideas and then can help piece things together to have an outside perspective. I'm still new to therapy and this experience but he helps me want to come back the following week and really continue working on things

There are no words I have for Andi. From the start he has made me feel so comfortable in a non judgmental environment.
He supports, gives constructive advice and really makes you look at yourself to see where or how the root is causing your questions from.
I cannot recommend Andi enough. He is amazing, you will never look back… and hey. THANK YOU so much Andi. I hope this review can repay you in some way you have me.

Andrew is an amazing therapist. From the moment we first engaged, I felt extremely comfortable in his presence. He has a style that makes you feel relaxed while also holding space for you to work through whatever it is you're there to talk about. He's prompt at following up between sessions that we have and what I like most is that he keeps me accountable. It's only been a few sessions with Andrew and I'm already feeling a world of difference. I cannot recommend him highly enough.
