Andrew has been incredibly helpful, kind and empathetic to me in the sessions we've had. I find the tips he shares very easy to apply, be it with regards to realigning my thoughts or controlling my physiological state. I appreciate how respectful, reassuring and compassionate he has been, and I look forward to making steady progress with his counselling. I feel safe talking to him, and that's something I haven't felt in a long time. Thank you, Andrew.
