Reviews

I love how Andi asks me thoughtful questions that help me work out my issues without preaching advice. When we first met I told her I already had a pretty solid wellness practice and experience with mindfulness and journaling. I mostly needed someone to listen while I vented to alleviate my emotional dumping on the people closest to me. She is amazing at doing just that, and building on my existing practices. Thank you.

I was so hesitant about Betterhelp because I have tried therapy a few times in the past and I have always struggled to connect with my therapist so it never worked out. I immediately felt connected to Andi and was ready to tell her anything. It is beyond helpful to have a therapist that you can actually talk to and someone that will hold you accountable for not helping yourself when needed as well. Andi is always honest with me and helps me step out of my anxiety and depression to see the other side of the situations I am in.

Andromeda was super sweet first of all. She asked me questions that helped me understand myself and the way I think. Which is exactly what I was looking for in therapy. It’s also nice to have someone be unbiased and non judgmental about what your going through in your life when talking, but also a professional therapist that knows physiology. Thanks again!
