Each of us is made up of puzzle pieces. These puzzle pieces were formed through our life experiences. It is through life experiences we often time experiences stings. These stings go unnoticed, but it shapes those puzzle pieces that makeup who we are as individuals. There comes a time when one must address their puzzle piece in order to take control of their true self. Do you like that piece about you? Or do you want to change that part of you? Those puzzle pieces often tell a story of pain and brokenness. It is my passion and mission to come alongside those who are hurting, journeying with them towards healing. The modalities I use or Cognitive Behavioral and Humanistic Approach I have been in the Mental Health field for over 24 years. It brings me the greatest joy when someone who is struggling with a variety of issues sees the light at the end of their tunnel. They began to understand life challenges don’t come to destroy them but make them stronger and better individuals. In my work with clients, I draw from a range of interventions such as a Cognitive Behavioral and Humanistic Approach, all the while valuing the collaborative relationship so necessary for healing and growth.

Angela was my first therapist and she is great. She listens and creates a safe space so that you can easily open up and talk about the more vulnerable aspects of your life. She also asks the right questions, so you can introspect and truly address the root of the issue.

I am delighted to have been paired with Angela, the last 8 months of my life has been beyond crazy. I have been wound so tight and ready to SNAP! I really appreciate Angela's approach and how she has listened to my concerns. It's a relief to have someone listen to my concerns objectively, thoughtfully and with wisdom. She is warm and humorous as well, which helps tremendously!

I am very happy that I matched with Angela, she is a brilliant therapist. She was understanding, thoughtful and kind. She helped me to find a few of my puzzle pieces, pieces that I didn’t even know were missing. Since having therapy sessions with her for the last few weeks, she has made me think about things that I had never even thought about before. She was professional, punctual, kind and still made me feel comfortable enough to speak about all the issues I’m currently going through. Thank you once again Angela.

Hello Angela and people out there: just like all of us want to be healthy but sometimes we need professionals or doctors to help up out, this is the same. ADHD, PTSD, OCD have been no obstacle for Angela to help me get to know myself better and look for ways to be a better, happier and healthier person, a husband, goal oriented person and much empowered than when we first started a couple months ago. Be kind, be open, be humble, listen ans answer honestly, she can and will help you if you let her and put your work and heart into it. What she can't do, she will tell you, but she was able to help me. Thank you Angela!

Angela is a great listener and makes sure you feel comfortable during her sessions. She radiates positive energy which really puts you at ease. She takes time to understand you and always does her best to understand how you’re feeling. Using her method of identifying puzzles in your life, it really opens up a new perspective on life. Only had 3 sessions but I have already learnt so much about myself.
