Love Dr Legner
Excellent therapist! Listens intently and provides wonderful tools and feedback to help.
I needed support primarily with anxiety management & other health/life areas. Dr. Legner has been a compassionate, caring & insightful guide in helping me learn about my experiences & finding different pathways through them for nearly a year. I've gained a lot of new information from Dr. Legner that I didn't know I needed about how the human mind, behaviour, and other aspects of being human works. We worked primarily with ACT & mindfulness including developing thought-awareness. Whenever I asked questions about medical or other health-related things I did not know about, she would explain and offered resources I could use as needed. I deeply appreciate her willingness to explain information so I could understand & her compassion in witnessing. Dr. Legner holds a kind, compassionate listening space & made me feel willing to step into new points of awareness without compromising safety & care at any point. I've received on many occasions, highly actionable, clear & evidence-based recommendations that I'm still putting into use. I highly recommend Dr. Legner.

It has almost been a year since I've had my therapist. She listens to every concern and gives many ways for me to cope with my high anxiety and depression. I have still ways to go but I wouldn't want anyone else to help me. I'm ever so grateful.
Dr. Legner is so kind and knowledgeable. She has an aura that is immediately calming and made me feel safe to share what I was going through. She provided me with great worksheets to better help my understanding of certain situations and resolutions and for my own self-improvement as well. I am very grateful to have met Dr. Legner.
