I have a Master of Science degree in Clinical Mental Health. I have been a practicing Licensed Professional Counselor in Wisconsin since 2007. I have worked with clients that have had a variety of concerns including depression, anxiety, challenging behaviors, parenting struggles, ADD/ADHD, Spectrum disorders, career challenges and trauma.
I utilize play therapy techniques, mindfulness, trauma focused-cognitive behavior therapy, and other modalities based on my client’s needs.
All of my approaches are tied together with my flexibility, creativity and sense of humor, which creates a positive therapeutic relationship. I am also very "real" with my clients when I need to be in order to facilitate self discovery/teachable moments/self reflection, etc. Confronting change is difficult, but I will do what I can to support and empower you through your life's journey

Angela is an amazing counselor and has really helped me changed my thinking. I am so grateful for her
Angela is exactly what I was looking for in a therapist. She helps you realize the root of the issues or behaviors. She has been so supportive and empowering during my journey but also makes sure I’m doing the work. There hasn’t been an issue in my life we’ve talked about where I haven’t felt better after a session. And she’s supportive on the good days too, when things are going well.
Absolutely loved working with Angela. She takes the time to really listen to me and talks to me as if she’s known me my whole life. It’s more like talking to an old friend than a therapist. She gives amazing advice that really works even if you don’t think it will. ;) Just give it a try! She knows her stuff!!
I know I haven't really cracked open much, so I hope I'm doing the therapy thing somewhat right, but it's felt good to have someone else help me unpack and organize my issues.
She is extremely helpful and easy going. It is easy to talk to her and you never feel judged, just get ways to help yourself
Thank you for always checking in on me and offering advise.
She is wonderful and is so helpful in how to love about life and having a lot of anxieties.
Angela is very down-to-earth and easy to talk to. She is more like talking to a good friend than a counselor.
Angela's been really great to talk to. She gives helpful advice, and her schedule works pretty well with my availability during the day. She responds to pretty much everything in my journal entries that I share to her (she's great at identifying the important parts, which is great because I tend to get rambly). She's really understanding, and really cool with the whole LGBT thing too. 10/10 would recommend.
She’s been so great. Really helps me understand my anxiety and work through it. Love her flexibility and her quick responses.
Always has the right thing to say to keep me grounded and going!
Angela is wonderful. She listens, doesn’t judge, and gives advice. I’ve never had a counselor that has so much compassion for people - I love her.
Angela was great, she helped me through so much and helped me see the side of things I couldn’t before. She really made me feel better.
Angela’s free-thinking, creativity, and open-mindedness allow her to be a truly next-level therapist, regardless of the topic. I can not recommend her highly enough as a trusted and confidential advisor.
Angie is amazing! I instantly clicked with her, and I feel like she actually understood what I was going through!
Within the short time I've talked with Angela, I'm already noticing differences in my life and attitude towards things. She allows me to lead the conversations and tailors the discussion based my responses. We still have a long way to go but I'm optimistic about what's next.
