I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Alabama with over 5 years of experience providing individual, family and group therapy. Additionally, I have experience with helping clients cope with stress, anxiety, depression, poor motivation, grief, and loss. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment so thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. The goal is to empower and inspire clients while on their journey to self-love and self-healing.
