About me

If you're seeking a safe space to exist in all areas of your identity, consider working with me towards healing. I pride myself on working with individuals and families from diverse backgrounds, specifically clients with racial, gender, and/or sexual minority concerns. Sometimes, moving towards change can be frightening, but I am a collaborator with you on this journey. Using an integrative approach, I develop an individualized treatment plan to accommodate your concerns and needs. If you've read this far, scheduling a live session may help you make your decision.
I specialize in working with trauma histories, specifically sexual trauma/abuse. By offering a space to heal from victim to survivor, you and I draft a new narrative while integrating mind, body, and spiritual components respective to your belief system. Relearning emotional, physical, and sexual intimacy are also a part of that healing process.
My job is to empower you to find your own healing. If you're ready to do the work necessary so that my services are no longer needed, I'm ready to help.
