Anita has been such a blessing in my life. She is incredibly attentive, patient, and kind, and she creates a safe space where I always feel comfortable, heard, and understood. Her calm, godly presence brings so much peace into every session, and she has a way of guiding me with both wisdom and grace.

Anita is the most caring, understanding, and thoughtful therapist I could have asked for. It can be rare to feel synced with your first therapist match, but that is exactly what happened for me with Anita. She has been God sent. I feel seen, heard, understood, supported, and for me, I wanted a Christian therapist. Someone who would help provide tangible tools in combination with reminders of what the Bible says. I feel safe talking with her about family difficulties, depression, anxiety, suicide ideation, relationships, friendships, people pleasing, perfectionism, me desiring to control everything, fear, anger, my future in jobs and career, etc. She has helped me overcome SO much. When I first started therapy, I was in a headspace of feeling like I had everything to lose - but now? I feel like I have everything to gain. Anita’s beautiful, kind understanding and guidance is exactly what I have needed. ♡

Ms. Anita is first and foremost a woman of God. She gives wise counsel according to the doctrine of Christ. She’s gentle, open, strong, direct, and knowledgeable. She can meet you wherever you are. A rare gem. I like that she follows up quickly with consideration of her other clients or personal time but you can always count on her to response. She is respectful and her poise draws respect from her client. She’s on time, communicative, understanding, and considerate. I couldn’t have asked for a better therapist who could relate.
