Hello My name is Anita , and I am an integrative talking therapist based in the UK.
I am a registered member of the BACP and can be found in their directory and I have an interest in all areas of research in psychology.
I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, relationship issues, parenting issues, & motivation, self esteem, and confidence. Attachment, eating difficulties, career moves and choices, feeling stuck in relationships, work stress, just to name a few . I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion.
It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change, and I am here to support & empower you in that journey. Please do ask any questions you are unsure of and I'll be happy to listen and put your mind at ease.
